Mike was born in Manila on July 30, 1969. For 38 years, his kindness was an inspiration to many people. He loved God with all his heart, served his Church as a communion minister, and always put other people's needs before his own. He was a great cook and had the most heartfelt and unforgettable laugh.
He was a loving husband to Yvette, a nurturing and playful father to Iñigo and Ines, a doting brother to Tracy and David, and a caring son to Estela and Sonny.
Mike was a burst of sunshine to everyone he met and knew. All it took was for him to smile, and everything would be better. We miss you Mike, and we will never forget how special you made us all feel. See you soon!

I have been dreaming about you lately, I do not know why. These dreams are always as if you never left, and we did our normal day-to-day chores. It makes me sad when I wake up, but at the same time, I am happy because I remember what it was like when you were still around (your voice, your smile, etc.).
